Modern registration, payments and runner data — designed for the way races actually run in Asia.
For ten years I duct-taped various registration platforms, spreadsheets, and manual bank transfers to put races on. Every season I lost weekends to refunds, registration errors, and chasing payments.
Bibly is what I wished existed. Ballots, multi-distance, multi-currency, partial refunds, bib swaps, the messy reality of organising in Asia — because I deal with all of it myself, every race I run.
If you're an organiser tired of duct tape, let's talk.
A multi-distance ultra in Hong Kong's New Territories. Bibly handles registration across four distances, kit pick-up logistics, and runner communications from one dashboard.
A 30K trail race on Lantau with a mixed local and international field. Bibly handles sign-ups, runner data, and timing-team exports in one place.
A community 5K and 10K mixing paid entries, sponsor comps, and team registrations. Bibly's promo codes and comp-entry tools keep the admin light so the organising team can focus on the community.
Built from a decade of organising in Asia — every tool here exists because a race needed it.
Trusted payment flows so runners register quickly and confidently — no friction, no drop-off at checkout.
Manage 5K, 10K, half, full, ultra and kids' races in a single event — with separate capacities, prices and rules per distance.
Plan wave starts, night starts and staggered send-offs to reduce congestion and meet local regulations.
Run fair ballots for high-demand races, then manage waitlists automatically as spots open up.
Set ITRA/UTMB-style thresholds or past-result rules and collect proof during registration — no inbox chasing.
Reward loyal runners and grow your event through partners, clubs and ambassadors — with codes you can actually track.
Share GPX files, elevation profiles and key course details so runners know exactly what to expect on race day.
Send confirmations, payment receipts, pre-race briefings and post-race follow-ups automatically.
Give your timing team clean, correctly formatted files for bib assignment, start lists and result imports.
We migrate your race data, runner list, and refund policies — for free. Your first race on Bibly runs with us on the call. No setup fee, no migration fee, no minimum commitment.
No subscriptions, no setup fees, no tiers to choose between. You pay when runners register, and nothing before that. All prices in HKD; country-specific taxes are passed through where applicable.
If your event is run by a registered charity or non-profit, or every entry fee goes to one, you get the whole of Bibly Standard at no organiser cost — same features, same support, no fee on entries and no fee on free places. Runners still pay the processing fee below, because that is the bank’s cost rather than ours. Send us your charity registration and we will switch it on.
Runners pay a processing fee when they pay by card, Alipay or WeChat Pay, shown clearly at checkout before they commit. Pay by FPS or bank transfer and there is no fee at all. This is separate from the organiser rate above and is not deducted from your payout.
Move the sliders. See the maths.
Type your current provider's fees. We'll compare against the same race above.
It scales fairly with your race. Small community events pay little; larger premium events pay more — and we only earn when you do.
HK$2.50 per paid runner, on top of 2.5% of the entry cart. Your first 25 free entries on each race cost nothing, and HK$2.50 each after that. Your first event is free altogether until you have taken 500 paid entries with us. Country-specific taxes (Singapore GST, Malaysia SST, Japan/Thailand VAT etc.) are passed through where applicable — not absorbed by Bibly.
None. No annual contracts, no minimum runner counts, no early-exit fees. If a race doesn't sell, you don't pay.
Runners do, when they pay by card, Alipay or WeChat Pay — 6% plus HK$2.50, shown clearly at checkout before they commit. Pay by FPS or bank transfer and there is no processing fee at all. It is separate from the organiser rate and is not deducted from your payout.
Cheaper, faster, and built for Asia. Most legacy platforms charge 6–7% per transaction; Bibly Standard is 2.5% of cart plus HK$2.50 per paid runner, with no tiers to compare and nothing held back. We also support FPS and local bank transfer natively — most overseas platforms do not. Use the comparison panel above to plug in your current platform's exact numbers.
Direct to your bank via Stripe Connect — daily, weekly, or on your own schedule. Multi-currency pricing is included for every organiser. You see every transaction in your dashboard before it lands.
Bibly is built on Stripe for payments, Supabase for data, and Cloudflare at the edge — and we audit ourselves continuously. Latest public report: 97/100, 0 critical findings.
