Bibly is a race registration and event management platform born in Hong Kong, built for the trail, road and ultra events of Asia. We exist because registering for a race should feel as good as crossing the finish line.
Race registration in Asia has been stuck for a decade. Clunky forms. Hidden fees. No mobile flow. No way for organisers to talk to their runners after the gun. We knew it could be better — because we run the races, and we run the platforms.
Three-screen sign-up on mobile. Apple Pay, Google Pay, FPS, card. Your details remembered for the next race.
Multi-distance, ballots, wave starts, bib assignment, communications, exports. One dashboard, no spreadsheets.
Designed for HKD, SGD, JPY, THB. Cantonese, English, more on the way. Local payment rails. Local support.
Bibly was founded in 2026 in Hong Kong by Steven Carr, a long-time trail runner and platform builder. After years of helping race organisers patch together registration forms, spreadsheets and email blasts, the answer was obvious: build the platform that should have existed all along.
We're a small team — runners ourselves — backed by the trail running community we serve. We're based on Hong Kong Island, but our platform is built for the whole region.
Whether you're organising your first 10K or your tenth 100-miler, we'd love to hear from you.
