Frequently asked

My race is already listed on Bibly. How do I take it over?

Find your race in the calendar and tap “Are you the organiser?” on the race page. We'll verify ownership and copy the listing into your dashboard as a draft you can edit and publish.

How long does verification take?

Most claims are reviewed within 1–2 business days. We may ask for a quick confirmation from an email at your race's domain.

Can I keep my own registration page on my website?

Yes — you can embed Bibly registration buttons on your existing site, or send runners directly to your Bibly race page.

What happens to existing showcase entries when I take over?

Your race details (distances, dates, location, photos) carry over as a draft so you can fine-tune everything before opening registration.
